This tenant finish included a 40,000 square foot sportswear store that involved extensive site analysis and measuring, demolition and mechanical/electrical system design.

Donato Russell was the architect for First America Savings when they built their first facility in Colorado. This project includes 14,500 square feet of tenant finish for general banking use.

Pasta Jay's Italian Restaurant

This project involved redevelopment of a contributing historic structure. Work began with the design of the new restaurant and was reviewed by the Lower Downtown Design Review Committee. Design work included a new ground floor restaurant, second level offices and two levels of exterior roof decks. Primary architectural challenges came from structural requirements and historic design objectives.
